Returns, Credits, & Exchanges

Plant Returns
You can return or exchange plants within 48 hours of purchase. Please bring your receipt for a full return.

 

If you don’t have a receipt, you can choose:

  • Store credit on a gift card, or

  • Swap your plant for another of equal value.

Reasoning: Live plants are perishable and their condition depends heavily on care after leaving the nursery.

Tree and Shrub Returns

  • Trees and shrubs can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unhealthy or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • A receipt is required for a full return.

  • Without a receipt, we can offer:

    • Store credit via gift card, or

    • Exchange for another tree or shrub of equal value.

Seeds, bulbs, and soil amendments

Non-returnable once sold, due to shelf-life and quality concerns. Molded, wet or damaged products may be eligible for exchange or credit.

Garden supplies, tools, decor, and pots

Accepted for return or exchange within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. A valid receipt is required.

Seasonal items are available for returns or exchanges up to a certain point. If a return is made after the holiday has passed, store credit can be provided on a gift card.

All returns or exchanges will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our POS system holds all records of purchases if you lost or misplaced the original receipt.​

One-Year Plant Guarantee


We want your new trees and shrubs to thrive! That’s why we offer a one-year guarantee on most trees and shrubs. If your plant dies within a year under proper care, we’ll replace it or offer store credit. The guarantee applies when:

  • The plant was properly planted and cared for (watering, mulching, pruning)

  • Damage was not caused by neglect, pests, or extreme weather

  • A receipt is presented at the time of replacement
